For this project you had to make a tower defence game where players could face waves of enemies that would continue to travel towards your end base. Because this was a solo project i learned alot from it.
The mechanic that i was the most interested in was the explosive shot. Because it seemed like a fun way of spicing up the gameplay loop. So i made a second turret that was more expensive and would shoot slower for the upside of being able to defeat 3 enemies with a single shot. The driving force behind this design choice was to offer players a unique and strategic gameplay alternative.
